There is no longer any Adobe Flash support for PowerPC Macs. There hasn't been any Adobe Flash support for PowerPC Macs for quite awhile.

You have to scroll down a ways to "Flash Player Archives," then click the link for versiosn 10.2.102.64, second from the bottom of that section.
