I have a eMac Tiger with flash player 10.0.45.2 and I need to up grade to a flash player 11.5. What do I need to do ?

Buy a new, secondhand, or refurbished Intel Mac, and if needed, install Mac OS X 10.6 or newer on it.

You can't upgrade Adobe Flash Player. The current versions out there are for Intel Macs only!
There is no longer any Adobe Flash support for PowerPC Macs. There hasn't been any Adobe Flash support for PowerPC Macs for quite awhile.

You can however, try the highest Flash version that still runs on a PowerPC Mac:

You have to scroll down a ways to "Flash Player Archives," then click the link for versiosn 10.2.102.64, second from the bottom of that section.
