I'm only getting part of my itunes library when I use home sharing. The whole thing never shows up!

I have a modest library...only about 30GB music. I can never get the entire library to be available on home sharing. I have many, many artists, and my iphone only shows the beastie boys, Journey, and Zuba. When I home share from my PC to my Mac, it all works well, but not with the iphone. I've already tried all of the troubleshooting stuff...none of it works. Any body got any ideas?
