did it switches when you play games or using photoshop, or other softwares?

Your Mac switches between graphic cards when it needs more performance. This happens automatically and applications that do that are Photoshop, Final Cut, games and all professional apps. Your Mac will activate its dedicated GPU automatically when you use one of these apps, and it will switch to its integrated GPU when you stop using them
