Plug the drive in. Everything else is handled by the OS.

OS X already can read an NTFS formatted drive. It cannot write to one without third-party software.
How can you do to plu the drive in? I really don't know how it works!
I would like to read and write too on a ntfs drive to transfert to my macbook to my other computer which works on windows 7.
So then install the third party software that enables OS X to write to NTFS

Mine cannot read NTFS format, i can see it with the disk utilities but I can't have access to it
Where i can the "thrid party"?
Repair the disk over on Windows then
Allan
Well I really can't read ANY ntfs drive on my mac book but these same drives works on windows
Where can I find the third party software?
A Google search for OS X NTFS will bring it up for you.
If your Mac will not even read them then something is wrong either with the way the disk is formatted or your Mac. That really should be fixed first.

If I'm here it's that i've already search a solution since a lot of time and I didn't find something, and for third party software, what is this? The name of the software that fix the ntfs bug?

There is no NTFS "bug". NTFS is a Microsoft operating system and OSx is an Apple operating system. Both work as designed, ie no bug, at least no bug contributing to your issue.
I think that you will find that NTFS is not an operating system but the file system that is used under Windows from Microsoft.
Other then that slight detail I fully agree with you.

You are correct. My figures were in gear before my mind was engaged.
