Sequence setting inconsistent?

Why are my footage and seqeuce settings having different codecs? My project is set up ..apple pro res 422 60i which renders 30 fps footage from a panasonic GH2 and an HVX.

The HVX is showing DVC Pro HD setting, other setting is apple intermediate codec.

When ever I drop footage in a seqeunce it tells me my seq. doesn't match my footage?

Also when I export stills, they show poor quality with a sort of deinterlaced look that i used to see before i used HD cameras. Go Pro footage is perfect at 60fps and renders perfect color.

Are you bringing the clips in with log and transfer ? if so, set your L&T preferences to import the same flavour of Pro res on all your different cameras, then set your sequence settings to match exactly or just drop a clip into a new timeline and click yes to the message to match your settings.

Just read your other thread with the more complete explanation, it doesn't help to double post.

I believe both cameras can be used with L&T, Shane has a tutorial explaining tapeless workflow, have look, so that in future you can save yourself a lot of time.
