I can't open my gmail on my iPhone 4S today--anyone else having this issue?
The mail icon flashes for a moment, but my inbox will not appear or will appear for 1 second then disappear. The server settings are appropriate, and the Fetch is set to hourly....
Already tried restarting my phone multiple times, without avail. Closing app doesn't help either.

But I'm using the Mail app, not the Google's one
Hmm strange, I would try deleting the account from the iPhone and then re-adding it back to your iPhone.

A friend of mine had a problem with Exchange, and well, just delete and re-enter the account wirked fine for him.
