impossible to add a contact on iphone5

hello.

i don't kow why, but i have synchronised my contacts whith outlook the first time i had my iphone.

After that, each new entry i made was not synchronised and itunes said : "impossible to syncronise contacts, the iphone has cancelled the synchro".

therefore i reinitialised my iphone because it was inpossible to use my phone.

but now it's even worse because it's imossible for me to synchronise with outlook, and i can't add any new contact. there 's no + entry for instance in the contact menu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

help please.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

I dont use outlook to back up my contacts i normally use google contacts but you can try to add the contact strait from outlook instead then hit reload in the contacts app or phone app in the top left hand cornor

it's unbelievable.

when i try to add a number who called me for instance, the app crash!!!!

Ok so i think i might have found a way to fix this, if your go into your settings then got to mail, contacts, and calenders then click on the outlook account and disable contacts. It should ask if you want to keep the contacts on the phone, click yes, then you should be able to go into the contacts app and they should all be there and there should be a + button in the top right hand cornor
