I forget my password

Hi there

I have recently buy a Macbook but when i recieve it ,i have found that Mac have a password ? i mean when i want to install updates they want from me password ? i have contact to the seller but they answer me that he have buy this in bulk buy so he don,t know about any password ? so please help me how i remove the password please?
