In short, no, not on the Asus hardware that's listed in your footer.
From the 10.8.2 OS X client license: H. Other Use Restrictions. The grants set forth in this License do not permit you to, and you agree not to, install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-branded computer, or to enable others to do so.
As for virtual hosting of Apple software, there are configurations thart do allow that, albeit on Apple hardware.
