Not easy to ignore and there should not be a message at all. You must click the "OK" button every time the message pops up.

If your mouse is really at 20% and stays like that throughout all these messages for a week, AND you never get the warning that your mouse may suddenly disconnect, then I have no idea why this is happpening. If you find the answer please post back.
