My laptop broke recently so i have not been able to sync my ipad since. Is there anyway i can trasfer all the data on my ipad to a new itunes account? My laptop cant be fixed and im worried about loosing all my data. Please help!!

Content cannot be transfered or merged between different itunes accounts. However, it sounds as if all you want to do is back up the data on your ipad.
All your previous itunes purchases are saved in itunes in the cloud and can be redownloaded again. You can backup whats currently on your ipad to icloud.
