IOutlook 2007 and iPhone sync

I have windows 7x64 bit home premium; iPhone 5 updated; iTunes updated; Outlook 2007 updated. Can't sync contacts and calendar (s?) from Outlook to iPhone 5. iTunes says these will be sync'd with iC;oud but they aren't. Have installed iCloud control panel and it did not help. I beleive everything worked fine until I updated to iOS 6. Is ther any solution to this problem? emails and photos do sync o.k. Haven't tried to sync any music.
