I have my library on my home iMac. My iPhone/iPad/iPods are all able to successful play and see the library.
On my work computer (Win7), I enable Match, it goes past 3 steps then to the next screen "Your iTunes library is now available in the clousd". When I click on the Done button it not only locks up iTunes but the whole computer until I Ctrl+Alt+Del and end iTunes.
iTunes Match works well under Windows 7. Would suggest you re-install iTunes from cold start and confirm with company IT that the network configuration will allow you to operate iTunes Match successfully. Assuming company policy supports such use?
