Q: Im trying to download To receive book samples, you need a device with the latest versions of iOS and iBooks installed, and Automatic Download enabled. can you help me as its still not working to buy i books?

To receive book samples, you need a device with the latest versions of iOS and iBooks installed, and Automatic Download enabled.

 

Where to find the right download?

 

Can seem to get it to work? anyone help please?

    There is only one version of iBooks, and it's the one in the iTunes Store. So I'm not sure what "download" you're referring to. Can you explain in more detail what you have, what you're looking for, and where you're running into difficulty?

    I had the same problem. It turned out the issue for me was that I had Automatic downloads turned off on my devices!

    see below how to turn it on.

     

    Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your device.

    1. Tap Sign In if you're not already signed in to the iTunes Store.
    2. Enter your Apple ID and password.
    3. Tap On/Off switch to enable or disable Automatic Downloads for each content type.
