so a couple days ago for some reason my iphone wont charge WHILE im using it . Its plugged in and it says its charging but while it says its charging and i play games , text , etc the percentage doesnt go up it goes down . But when i set my phone down and dont use it while its charging it charges . It started happening a couple days ago and i really need help :/

Is your "restart" the same as a "reset"? To reset, hold down the power and Home buttons together, until the Apple logo is displayed, then release. No data or settings are lost.

What charger are you using? If it isn't the Apple charger made for it or a USB charger that can supply 1 amp it's entirely possible that the apps you are using consume more power than the charger can provide.
