Lost film rental due to having to restart iPad and no refund of money ?

Hi so I downloaded the Seven Year Itch as a rental last night and unfortunately that was the night my iPad decided it was going to freeze on the apple logo screen , so it meant that I had to restart the iPad , however when I returned to see if the films where still there it had remembered the one I wanted to download in the queue but not the film I had downloaded ... Although the money from the film was gone , so I wanted to know can I get the film back or even the money ?
