Q: i cannot open my ipad, it says i dont have enough storage available.

i cant used my ipad, its on but it says that i cannot backed up my ipad bec there is no enough storage, its like stucked up

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

     

    You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.

     

    You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > Backup & Storage > Manage...... on your iOS device. Or System Preferences > iCloud > Manage...... on a Mac.

     

     

    You have 3 options......

     

    1. Purchase more iCloud storage.
    2. Delete data or back ups that are being stored in iCloud already.
    3. Turn off items to be included in the next back up to reduce its size.

    the pop up that saysnot enough storage will not go away on my ipad and it is not allowing me to use the touch screen. how do i delete my unwanted stuff and make the pop up go away.
