How can I create color mailboxes (rule, app, terminal, or whatever), or add dividers/separators to the mail sidebar to more easily distinguish mailboxes, both IMAP and On My Mac?
I’m not interested in color messages from different senders, but the mailboxes themselves.

I second this motion. How hard can it be for Apple programmers/coders to allow us to add some colour to all the grey mailboxes in the Mail sidebar??!!
And if not an Apple coder... any 3rd-party app-makers out there paying attention to this?
I've happily paid for Herald (love it) and Mail Hub, because I want some extra functionality. And I'm not the only one (two, including Susan Swartz1 above). I bet there'd be lots of people who'd pay a few bucks to add coloured mailboxes and dividers to the Mail sidebar.
