MY ipad is locked due to the message regarding icloud backup. It will not accept pressing the OK button. Any suggestions?

If you still have this problem, reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.
This just happened to me and I instantly turned to google to find a solution. It's funny that you just posted that and I used the info as soon as you posted it lol. By the way it worked THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!! I was in panic mode!
