I am using MP3 xtreme at $ 30 FOR TWO YEARS.Says it will download to i pod but no luck.Any help would be appreciated

I am using MP3 xtreme for downloading music at $30 for two years.It down loads great but it says it will download to ipod but wont.Any idea would be appreciated.
