how do i change my security questions?

how do i change my security questions? i forgot them. plus i recently redeemed a voucher and i cant purchase anything as this is my first time purchasing on this account. not forgetting the fact that i dont have a rescue email. is there anyway of doing it? if not is there anyway of transferring it onto a different account or adding a rescue email? thnks
