Q: My ipad has not been jailbreaked, but after downloading apps for my 6 yr old granddaughter it crashes Can't get into tools I can get to app store but cant search Almost everything crashes. According to this article it is not possible. Then why?

My IPad has not been Jailbreaked, but after I downloading some free Apps for my 6 year old granddaughter my IPad is constantly crashing. Cant get to tools, Most everything crashes. I can go to the App store but as soon as I touch search it closes. I can pull up email but as soon as I try to do anything it shuts down. If I dont have a virus then what could be causing the problem?

If it hasn't been Jailbroken,  Try resetting the iPad.  That often clears things up.

 

Hold down on the Home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple Logo shows up.

 

This will reboot the iPad.

 

If its still not stable, you may need to restore the Pad.
