I Dropped my iPhone 5 and shattered the screen, the phone still works tho. Will my apple warranty cover this? And if not how much would I roughly have to pay them to change the screen?

Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. You will pay $229 for an out of warranty exchange, unless you live in the US and have ALREADY purchased Apple Care +. In this case, you would pay $49.
I live in the uk also a little yellow bubble has just appeared on my screen next to the crack
Go to an Apple Store in your area. The iPhone 5's have the ability to replace just the screen. You can get a quote for how much it will be, however, it is most likely going to be the 229 as priced before because of the yellow bubble indicating further damage than just the screen.
