I purchased such bunlde for $40.00 and it gave me a thirty day guarantee to refund if I was not pleased with the app. I am not pleased and I would very much so appreciate my refund, it has not reached the thirty day limit yet. Thank you.

Apparently the developer does not allow for refunds when the purchase was made at the Mac App Store.

And Apple's policy clearly states that all sales are final here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
But it can't hurt to ask.
