guys plssss help my voice over in my ipad is on so i can not turn off it because if i will unlock my ipad i cant type my passcode it so hard pls help me to fix this.....

Press the Home Button 3 Times...
Then go to...
Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Over > Off

i tried it how many times but still cause my ipad is have a passcode so i cannot go to setting
and i tried to connesct in itunes but its blocked cause theres a password and i cant open it

yes i tried it pressing 3 times and know the passcode but when i type the passcode and its so slow
If you have turned Off V/O and are having issues with entering the Passcode...
Try a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Restore “...

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most recent Backup...

is there other way to solve this problem cause if i do this it will stuck in connect to itunes.....
yes thats what actually i do but maam or sir the passcode is so slow to show
