Does TechTool Pro Recover Data?
I use a G4 Mac QuickSilver 2002; run Tiger, Leopard, 9.2.2. Does TechTool Pro have to be installed on the target disc to recover data? I'd like to recover Safari Bookmarks and E-mails.

You can install TechTool on another Mac and then connect to your corrupted drive. This is one of the supported features: http://www.micromat.com/products/techtool-pro
