Itunes won't turn on and I think I've tried everything.

I've tried ending the processes and restarting, I've tried updating, repairing, and reinstalling quicktime. Well, nothing. It doesn't work. I tried going into safemode, and it seemed to work, for about 5 minutes, and would you look at that. I'm in safe mode, and just stopped working there too. Can somebody please help?
