how do I turn on power for pcmcia card back if no icon appears on screen thanks Jiri

I have turned off the power for card in menu on the top of the screen and now no icon appears on top of screen after onserting card and card does not work. With other same powerbook it works well. How I do turn it on back thanks

Try this method.

Navigate to the Menu Extras folder inside CoreServices:

Macintosh HD > System > Library > CoreServices > Menu Extras

You should see an item PCCard.menu - double click on it and the icon should be in the menu bar.

it doesn t work. After I find pc card.menu and double click on it, it opens but no icon appears at menu
