My iTunes Match has recently maxed out...and I just want to create a playlist of only the songs iTunes match sees on my iphone.
Whats the best way to do that without having EVERYTHING sync/match?

Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. Do you want a playlist on the iPhone to list only songs that have been downloaded?
Well It shouldnt be too tough to understand, let me elaborate further then.
I'm using a PowerMac G5 with an iPhone 4S, since iPhone 4S wont sync with the G5 I decided to purchase iTunes match to take all my music that is already in my library to sync directly to my iPhone.
I'd like to know a way to possibly just create a playlist that will sync specific songs over iTunes match/iCloud
my purchased music is fine, thats not my worry. my worry is it syncing the entire iTunes library.
So should I just create a playlist and dump everything in there and is there way for that specific playlist to be matched by iTunes?

I understand now. It isn't possible to do what you want. iTunes Match is all-or-nothing. It scans, matches and uploads the entire iTunes library.
