Q: how do I print my calendar?

I just moved to the I Cloud and my calendar and contact were removed from my laptop and from time to time I need to print my calendar so others at a trade show etc. have the schedule.

Calendar will not print now.

Do you have any advise?

Are you using Outlook?

Yes I use Outlook.

Apple says it is an Outlook problem, however, I do not find an answer anywhere.

So when you select file>Print in the calendar in Outlook, what happens?

It prints a blank calendar.

All the dates are there but none of my schedule.

Interesting

I reintered my schedule for this week on my I phone. Synced and guess what. They show up on the calendar in a different color and the show when I print. Go figure!
