7th Gen. Nano ; Windows 7; iTUNES 11: I reset the nano in iTUNES and since then it won't sync. Message in iTUNES to say iPod detected but could not be identified. Apple Mobile Device USB Driver now missing. Fix?

Hi

I reset my nano within iTunes. Now Itunes only tells me the iPod is detected but that it cannot identify it properly. Following the Apple troubleshooting instructions I have found the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not listed in windows 7. My attempts to reinstall following the troubleshooting advice have failed

Any ideas?

iPod nano, Windows 7, latest iTunes
