i tried the ios dignostics box and i connot get rid of it

i tried the diagnostic box yet it didnt disappear after i finished and now when i go between opened applications i find it and i get rid of it anyone can help me please

well when i contact the support, they send me mail with a number when i tab it there was a ios diagnostics and a ticket number but i couldnt get rid of it after i closed it
