The app for Netflix won't work on my iPad or iPad 2
Am logged in on my iPad Mini in Safari. Membership is shown as Active and I received a DVD yesterday. I just tried to get on via the app and got the error "Your account is not active." This has been going on since I got the app earlier in the week.
Makes no sense, right ??
I can't call Netflix due to disability. No public email is posted. I am hoping someone here can help a crying, frustrated chick :)
I know my iPad and Mini can stream as I watch movies and TV DVDs with my Amazon Video app.
