Ok, so my itunes wouldnt detect my iphone 4 so I read if i tried to reinstall itunes, that may help it, so I drage my itunes doc from the finder menu to the trash and emptied the trash. I go to reinstall itunes but i need 10.6.8 so i go and try to install that but it said I needed 10.6 which costs $20.00. Is there anyway i could reinstall an older version or FREE version of iTunes. Please help me.
Oh My God, Thank You! I did get to download it but now it's giving me this message
"The file “iTunes Library.itl” cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Would you like to download iTunes now?"
I have no idea what this means, do you know what this means?
Check for software updates. Click the apple >> software update.
And what version of OS X are you running? Sounds like 10.5.8, but click the apple >> about this Mac, and double check.
