Facebook integration os x probs

Just realised that with a recent update ive now got facebook integration from my notification centre. Great stuff ........ it it reliably worked!

I always go into the app and find notifications there but none in the os x. some of them are like an hour old.

Now is there a rhyme or reason to when and how this thing checks? Im using firefox. dont know if you have to have safari as default or something.

sometimes it works and i get whole pages of notofications. sometimes they just dont show. I can post status updates fine

I have seen an app called Glow in the app store that works better ... but id prefer to use os x if its something im doing wrong
