What do you set your FPS if you have multiple sources

I have multiple sources for a project I am doing, some video are 24 FPS while the iphone video is 30 FPS. If I want the best quality output, what should I set the FPS, 24 or 30?

set it to your wanted delivery format.

e.g. if you want to deliver by DVD, 24 is of no use.
