Q: ipad frozen

i used my iphone to reset my ipad using the find my ipone app, but my ipad has been stuck for hours with the black screen and a little loading circle. every time i put it in dfu mode and then take it out of dfu, it restarts normally, but after like 15 seconds, the apple logo shows up and then the little loading circle shows up and stays there again for hours.

how do i fix this

I would be concerned too if my iPad was constantly shutting off. I recommend reviewing the steps in the following article (you can skip any steps you have already taken or do not apply to your situation):
