How to access iOS Provisioning Portal

I need to register a new App ID (for mobile management purpose)
I was supposed to do it on iOS Provisioning Portal,

however I cannot reach that page.

I have tried by following several ways in different like this:

"Note: The iOS Provisioning Portal makes available to all iOS Developer Program members a user guide and a series of videos that explain all aspects of certificate creation and provisioning. The following sections focus on APNs-specific aspects of the process and summarize other aspects. To access the portal, iOS Developer Program members should go to the iOS Dev Center (http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios), log in, and click then go to the iOS Provisioning Portal page (there’s a link in the upper right).

"

But no link in the upper right appeared.

I should reach this kind of screen:

User uploaded file

It might be that Apple has changed the way to access this page ..
I would appreciate an help.

I don't see that screen anywhere. Perhaps you are looking at an old screenshot.

On the upper, right-hand corner of the screen, under "Hi, DiFe | My Profile | Sign out" you will find "iOS Developer Program". Under that is "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles". Clik it. Then you will get another screen with short menus for each program you are in. It doesn't seem to matter which option you pick as they all tack you to the new portal where you can setup certificates, identifers, devices, and provisioning profiles.

What I have is this:

User uploaded file

There is no Certificates, etc. at all ..

The reason behind it could be that I have not joined to any group.
If I join I would have to pay, but I do not want to develop and/or sell any program, only need to configure MDM (Mobile Device Management) which requires three types of certificates ..

That would explain it then, wouldn't it 🙂

You must be talking about some kind of enterprise IT thing. Are you using OS X Server or some 3rd party?

This is a developer forum. All I know about MDM is Apple help pages: http://www.apple.com/ipad/business/it-center/deployment-mdm.html
