I need urgent HELP. Any kind soul please. (^_^) Appreciate it b

1st: HELP! Why when I save my friend's contact name as 'Anna' to contacts but I don't know why when she message me,

the name supposly should be shown as 'Anna', instead it appear to her email. Not all contacts having this problem.

How to solve? Please help. Thanks.

2nd: HELP! Previously when I press the home button for a few seconds, when

The Siri appear it will have a sound, like a small beep. But now there's no more sound.

Anyone know why is it so. Please help to solve this 2 problems. Thanks. Good bless.

1st: Your friend Anna needs to check her phone number in Settings>Messages>send and receive>start new conversation from: She is obviously starting conversations in iMessage from her email name rather than from her phone number.

2nd: Make sure you have not inadvertently muted your iPhone and that all the sound settings are correct. Also make sure the volume is up. If this does not work, you can try resetting you iPhone by holding both Power and Home buttons together until the white apple logo appears. Then let go and wait for iPhone to reset itself. You will not lose any data.

Hi Rojmer,

The first is being solved. Thanks so much for your help. But the second problem still ongoing. I have on all the sound and try to reset but still no use. Is there any other way to solve 2nd problem. Thanks.
