Why does my Mac keep on saying "Your startup disk is almost full"?
It keep coming up this. I've backed up all my files and deleted the unimportant files but the notification keeps popping up. What do I do?
MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
Available: 2.29 GB
Used: 247.43 GB
Your Startup Disk is nearly full, and it is already below the level for safe operations.
Delete some files (a lot), move some files to an external hard drive or buy a larger internal hard drive.
You should have at least 10GB free at all times.
Thank you! which means I will need to clear off a lot of files then.
