Lost hdmi output on Mac Pro Decklink HD Extreme 3D?

I recently lost hdmi output from my Decklink HD Extreme 3D card.

HD & SD SDI output is fine. Hdmi cable and hdmi input on Pioneer Kuro PRO 111FD works with other sources.

Running on a Mac Pro 4.1, 2 x 2.26 GHz Quad Core, 24GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 & NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285, OSX 10.8.4, BMD Desktop Video 9.7.5.

OSX 10.8.4 update was recent but I am unsure if hdmi output loss was concurrent with software update. Any problems noticed with hdmi on 10.8.4?

No hdmi output from Media Express 3.2, Resolve 9.1.4.LITE.034, Final Cut or other programs but SDI output works fine.

Does anyone have ideas on a solution or ways to trouble shoot the problem?

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

There have been so many reports of having multiple Nvidia cards installed using Mountain Lion not working and causing panics, freezes, crashes, and just plain old "mischief" that you can generalize to 99% - only use one Nvidia card.

Yours is the first with GT120 and GTX 285, others have more often been multiple GT120s, or GT120 + 8800GT combination.

Can you try pulling the GT120 and run even temp with just the GTX 285 and see?

AMD Mac 7950 or GTX 680 Mac EVGA are not easy - getting people to even replace GT120s with a ATI 5770 has also taken a lot of push and convincing but always in the end worked.

Thanks for the input.

The multiple graphics cards are part of the recommended configuration for a davinci Resolve color correction set-up. The GT 120 is for the GUI. The GTX 285 is for video processing. The BlackMagic Decklink HD Extreme 3D is for the color corrected video output from Resolve that goes HD SDI to a Sony Broadcast Monitor and by the hdmi output to the Pioneer plasma for viewing. The Resolve program continues to run fine.

The Decklink card still outputs HD SDI to the Sony but is not putting anything out on the hdmi to the plasma.

Is it possible that the OSX 10.8.4 update somehow disables the hdmi output?

Could the hdmi output of the Decklink malfunction but still output HD SDI?
