I'm a college student and I need computer. It's either the MacBook Air 13" or the MacBook Pro with retina display 13". Which one do you think is the most reasonable?

Well I'm in the business program, so it's not like I'm trying to make or even play that many games. Mostly for papers and just regular Internet searching.
In that case either one should be satisfactory for you.
The retina display model has a better display but can not be upgraded.

Yes, but in that case the Air will be lighter. If you don't have big computational needs an older MBA (2010) will work too and may be much cheaper. The Airs are really great computers. I wish I had had one when I was in school but there were no laptops then. By the time I was doing my masters I had an old Radio Shack WP-2 to take notes on. Count yourself lucky.
