Was given a gift card for iTunes in amount of $25. Code not accepted. Code has never been used. What can I do? Have no way to return this to store.

If so, it says on the back of the one that I have 'for assistance, go to iTunes, choose apple service and support from the menu or visit www.apple.com/itunes/ww
Perhaps they can tell you if there's something wrong with the card.
Is the card from the same country where your iTunes/App Store account is registered?
