Q: Some of my mail gets deleted

When I fetch new mail, my current emails get deleted.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

If this is your iCloud email account that's doing this, try going to Settings>iCloud, turn Mail to Off, then after a minute or so turn Mail back to On.

No it's not my iCloud account, it's hotmail account.

Hotmail has nothing to do with your iCloud account. You might want to check on their site for help with that.
