How do you get to the SyncSevices folder? The explanation apple is giving is making me think it's in Narnia or something!

I'm trying to drag music onto my iPhone 3GS and the dreaded dotted circle appears next to each song on the On This iPhone tab. I've already tampered with the manage music checkbox and sync music, but nothing's working. I read about changing the name of the folder but I can't find it.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.4

You're supposed to run the command through the Terminal. If you want to access it in the Finder for some reason, supply the path to the Go to Folder command in the Finder's Go menu.
