Red lines means you've rejected the clip or portion of the clip. Green means a clip is a favorite. Blue means it is keyworded. Purple means an analysis selection.

But these are usually associated with hoizontal lines. I guessing that it may have something to do with the source video being from an iPhone.

The red vertical line is the skimmer. You have one project selected but th pointer is over another.
