Hi,
Where can I purchase the serial number for Iworks, or purchase and download Pages for OSX 4.11? I have looked on Amazon.com and Craigslist, but they don't have downloads.

You won't find iWork as a download for OS X 10.4 because it's only available as a download for OS X 10.7 or newer. The most recent iWork version you can run is iWork '09, that you can get at Amazon or eBay.
Then, just insert the DVD and install iWork. Finally, open  > Software Update, and install the latest iWork version for Tiger. Note that iWork apps are only available as standalone applications in the Mac App Store, available in Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later
In the second paragraph, it's the Apple logo > Software Update. I don't know why I can't type the Apple logo right now
