Q: I sent an amount of money to my son. Relevant invoice was sent to me. But my son can not see the amount in his account. Why?

When sending an iTunes Gift, the recipient will need to redeem the gift via email (the email address you specified when sending). The email will include a "Redeem" button, and the recipient will need to sign in to the iTunes Store, the gift will not be reflected in his account until he does so. If the recipient did not receive the gift email, you may want to resend the gift:
