Q: When i import from camera i get the following on opening image (The document “IMAG0004.AVI” could not be opened. A required codec isn't available.) Any suggestions please.

When i import from my camera and try to view the image i get the following message --(QuickTime Player can't open "IMAG0002.AVI" because a required codec isn't available.) Any information would help.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
