My IPOD is flashing SDRAM full test ... Reset to continue and nothing that i try will reste the IPOD. Please help!

Try putting the iPod in Disk Mode; the first article will help with that process. After that then go through the process of restoring the iPod to get it back to a factory default and then you should be able to use it like normal again.
